Sataplia and Prometheus caves

These two caves near Kutaisi are beautiful, and definitely worth visiting. The first one (Sataplia) is a cave with magnificent formations and, unlike in the West, a music and light show in the cave to co-create the atmosphere:

Prometheus, on the other hand, is not much of a cave as it is an edu-tourism site. You can learn a lot about dinosaurs (since dinosaur tracks have been found there and there are many interpretive texts along the trail). There are convenient Western-style facilities (just like at other sites in Georgia) and a beautiful overlook (a glass bridge) over Kutaisi, from which you can also spot the famed UNESCO-inscribed Gelati monastery). Entry fee at both places is 6 Lari (just under 3 euros or 4 bucks).
